Shipping

All products are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days although most packages are shipped within one business day!

*Single stickers and bookmarks are shipped with no tracking. You can upgrade shipping for an extra fee. 

For packages with tracking, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way! 

Are stickers waterproof? 

Yes! Our stickers are waterproof and made from permanent vinyl. They are laminated for extra protection! They do well on laptops, water bottles, and even cars.

Do you have a physical storefront?

Right now our products are only available online, but we love "popping up" around our local area. 

Can I send an order as a gift to someone directly?

Absolutely! We love gifts around here and would love to help. Add a short note in the comments and we’ll include it in your order. 

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

Reach out ASAP and we'll try to change it. If your package is already on the way, once it's returned to us, we'll reach back out to get the correct information. We'll then set up payment for a new label and get it sent back to you.

Do you offer returns?

Currently, all sales are final but if there is an issue with your order, please reach out at hello@tinyplantmarket.com. 

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Retailers can purchase Tiny Plant Market products for their stores at wholesale pricing. We've partnered with Faire Wholesale to make that easy for you. You can find our Faire shop here.
